A: Yes, you should use a natural loofa sponge when you shower. This will help to prevent any infected hair follicles. If you do not own a loofa sponge already, we have them available for sale.

A: In rare instances, some people may develop an irritation of the skin in the affected area. The irritation is normally temporary and is the exception to the rule. This condition normally goes away as the person gets more used to waxing. If an irritation does appear after waxing, we will advise the client on how to treat and prevent any further complications.
Q: Should I trim or shave my back, chest, or arm hair before I come in?
A: No, the more hair the better. There needs to be at least 1/4 inch of hair growth for the wax to stick properly.
